Yoga breathwork, relaxation, meditation and principles are embedded within Dr Geoff’s Holistic Healing approach with clients offered a range of yoga courses to try while exploring their wellness. Yoga has a range of benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, promotes relaxation and reduces stress, improves focus and clarity, and increases self-awareness, mindfulness and discipline. Yoga is also a spiritual and psychological discipline aiming to teach you to calm the mind and achieve insight into your relationship with the divine. Holistic Healing clients often are trained in yogic breathwork techniques (pranayama) and meditations as a way of building mind strength and keeping the energies of the body clear.
Training Details
4 week beginner’s Yoga & Meditation courses are run regularly throughout the year
Yoga Classes are currently available for Dr Lyons’ existing consulting clients on Saturday Mornings
Meditation Training is included in Private Consultations as required
